St. Joseph County Police need help identifying man in fraud investigation

St. JOSEPH COUNTY, Ind. – The St. Joseph County Detective Bureau is asking for your help in searching for a male subject as part of a fraud investigation.
The man seen in the pictures drove a Toyota Prius at the time of the incident in question.
