St. Joseph County Police trying to ID man in Bart Simpson shirt

ST. JOSEPH COUNTY, Ind. -- St. Joseph County Police are asking for the public's help identifying a man pictured in surveillance photos.
He is wearing a Bart Simpson shirt and was traveling in a silver Pontiac G6.
