St. Joseph County Public Library going fine free

ST. JOSEPH COUNTY, Ind. – The St. Joseph County Public Library will no longer be charging late fees for overdue materials beginning on January 1, 2022.

The library is making the change to increase access and eliminate financial barriers for the community.

Fines often have a larger impact on people who have trouble affording them, the library said.
