St. Joseph County Sheriff's Department asking for help in search of missing 15-year-old
ST. JOSEPH COUNTY, Mich. -- Deputies were dispatched to a report of a missing 15-year-old girl on Friday, according to the St. Joseph County Sheriff's Department.
Officials say that Exdith Janery Rodriguez Davila left her home on Fairchild Road around 2 a.m. on Friday.
It is unknown what Davila was wearing when she left the residence, although deputies confirm that she brought a backpack with clothes and her passport.
According to the department, she also has a cell phone with her, but her family doesn't know the number to it.
Davila is described as a Hispanic female around five-foot-six between 120 and 130 pounds with dark hair and a white birthmark on her neck.
Originally born in Nicaragua, Davila speaks Spanish and officials believe that she may be trying to return to Goshen, Indiana, where she previously lived.
Officials don't believe that she is any danger at this time, but her family would like to confirm her location.
