SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- St. Margaret’s House, a day center for women in South Bend, will be hosting the Undie 500 event on Saturday.
Community donations are needed in the race to collect 500 pairs of brand-new women’s and children’s underwear for women in need.
The event runs from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m., and donations will be accepted in the St. Margaret’s House parking lot, located at 117 North Lafayette Boulevard.
Staff will receive donations underneath checkered flags as a part of an Indianapolis 500 racing theme.
