St. Patrick's Day Parade kicks off in downtown South Bend

SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- South Bend's St. Patrick's Day parade is set to begin at 11 a.m. this morning on Jefferson Boulevard in the East Bank Village. ABC57 will be covering the festivities as they are underway.
