Stand-off ends after suspect fires at police

SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- Metro Homicide is investigating an overnight stand-off that started with a car chase and shooting.
The chase started on Lincoln Way West and ended near the intersection of Main Street and Chippewa Avenue.
Police said the driver took off in a stolen truck.
Officers said the suspect fired at police.
A woman is now in custody.
There were no injuries reported.
