State, others make more money available to State Fair victims

INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. -- More money made available to Indiana State Fair victims.

According to the Indiana State Attorney General's office, the state along with Mid-American Sound and James Thomas Engineering have made $13.2 million to avoid lawsuits.

Victims cannot take the money without signing waivers.

Seven people died in last summer's stage collapse. Dozens more were hurt, including a Mishawaka woman.

Victims can begin applying next week.
