State police say drug dispute led to Franklin County murders

FRANKLIN COUNTY, Ind.--Information has now been released on what led to the deaths of five people in a small Indiana town. State police say it was a drug dispute.

David Ison has been charged with five counts of murder. Investigators say the 46-year-old gunned down his drug dealer, three of the dealer's family members, and a neighbor, following an argument over the cost of oxycodone.

Ison is locked up on a $5 million bond on an unrelated robbery charge.
