State Theater reaches $10,000 donation mark

SOUTH BEND — The State Theater is $10,000 closer to its crowdfunding goal.
The theater says more than 150 people have donated $10,000 for renovations at the historic landmark. Banko Capital is matching donations, bringing it to $20,000 total to pay for renovations.
The renovations planned for the theater include the marquee, seating, and a historical marker for the location.
The theater crowdfunding campaign ends at midnight Friday.
