State Theatre to hold open house in search of business

SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- We learned that the State Theatre in downtown South Bend will be holding an open house of sorts.
The theatre is looking for a new business to set up shop, and it's taking proposals.
Anyone who is interested is asked to register and attend the open houses.
They are scheduled for April 10th.
