State wants owners to vaccinate horses against West Nile virus

INDIANA -- The state of Indiana wants horse owners to vaccinate their horses against the West Nile Virus.

The State Board of Health said that three horses have already been diagnosed with the mosquito-borne disease.

That's compared to the 722 cases that where diagnosed in Indiana in 2002.

That was the first year the virus was found in the state.
