SHELBURN, Ind. -- A Statewide Silver Alert has been issued following the disappearance of Lillith Ruffner. She is a 10-year-old white female, 4 feet 5 inches tall, weighs 68 pounds, brown hair with brown eyes, and was last seen wearing a black hooded sweatshirt and jeans.

Ruffner is missing from Shelburn, Indiana, 90 miles southwest of Indianapolis.

She was last seen Saturday, March 19 at 8:30 p.m. She is believed to be in extreme danger and may require medical assistance.
