ORIGINAL STORY: The Lafayette Police Department has issued a Statewide Silver Alert for 3-month-old Jacob Moneus from Lafayette.

Moneus is a black male who is 1 foot and 11 inches tall, has black hair with brown eyes, and was last seen in a blue shirt with a black bird on it and a diaper.

He was last seen on Saturday, August 10 at 12 p.m.

He is believed to be in extreme danger and may require medical assistance.
