ABC57 First Warning Neighborhood Weather Forecast
Saturday, February 5, 2022
Lake-effect snow ends this morning across the snow belt. Give yourself extra time to get to your destination early, as this fresh powder has made roads slick once again. We won't be as cold for Sunday, with highs in the upper 20s. Snow showers are possible Sunday night with light accumulations possible into Monday morning. Otherwise, it'll be cold and mostly quiet next week. There are no big systems on the horizon at the moment, but every few days, we could see some snow showers across Michiana. Our best (and only) chance of getting above freezing is on Wednesday.
Today: Lake-effect snow in the morning, then mostly cloudy in the afternoon. High 22.
Tonight: Mostly clear. Low 12.
Sunday: Partly sunny and not as cold. High 28. Snow showers possible late.
Monday: Cloudy with a few flurries/snow showers possible. High 26.
