Still at war with NIPSCO

SOUTH BEND, Ind.-- Bertha Brown, 71, is still at war with Nipsco.
Brown said that a construction project the company has been doing on Diamond Avenue flooded her basement and she wants them to pay for the repairs.
ABC 57 News talked to NIPSCO, and the person that we contacted said they would send an investigator out the next day to see if they were in the wrong, and they decided not to show up.
Brown's insurance company is writing her family a check for $3000 to take care of some of the repairs.
The insurance company plans on going after NIPSCO to reimburse them.
