ST. JOSEPH COUNTY, Ind. – A caucus was held Tuesday night to elect a new councilman.
Richard Pfeil was selected to replace Jamie O’Brien for District C.
Former councilman O’Brien resigned last month citing personal reasons.
Pfeil is well known in Michiana as an entrepreneur who founded the Pfeil Innovation Center for Beacon Health.
