ELKHART COUNTY, Ind. – A stolen vehicle was located crashed and abandoned Sunday afternoon, according to the Elkhart County Sheriff’s Office.
Around 6:30 p.m., a passerby contacted the sheriff’s office about a vehicle crash near CR 29 and S. County Line Road.
When deputies arrived, they discovered the crashed vehicle, but no driver.
The vehicle had been reported stolen from Elkhart.
