Stores prepare employees for Black Friday
Thanksgiving is hitting early this year and we are just days away.
ABC 57 has already reported that some big retailers will be opening their doors earlier but now some some of those stores are holding specific training sessions for the impending shopping blitz.
While shoppers are already camping out, employees are going to boot camp to prepare for undoubtedly their busiest day of the year. No matter what, they say they'll be ready for it.
"Okay, we got to make sure we understand. We got to make sure we are ready to go. We got product fired up.Customers want to hold it, they want to play with it, they want to see what it does," said Ramon Estevez, Best Buy Store Manager. "This is my job, this is what i live for. This is what I love to do."
Now not every employee is as excited to be working this week but the help will definitely be needed.
Last year nearly 86 million people hit the stores. That's a quarter of the American population.
