ABC57 First Warning Neighborhood Weather Forecast
Friday, September 11th, 2020
This evening will be pleasant with some sunshine sticking around early. Temperatures will fall through the 60s before ending up in the upper 50s to start Saturday morning. I expect the clouds to build back in overnight as well.
The start of Saturday will be mostly cloudy and dry, but showers and thunderstorms will move into Michiana late Saturday afternoon. Highs will reach the upper 70s to near 80 degrees. At this point, kickoff at Notre Dame Stadium should be dry, but some storms are possible during the second half of the game. A few storms could be a bit strong to possibly severe, with gusty wind of +50 mph the main threat. Scattered showers and isolated thunderstorms are likely Saturday night into Sunday morning. Sunday through Tuesday will be dry and mostly sunny, with temperatures in the middle 70s. Wednesday looks a little warmer with highs once again near 80 degrees.
Tonight: Becoming mostly cloudy. Low 58.
Tomorrow: Mostly cloudy in the morning, then a chance of showers and thunderstorms during the late afternoon and evening. High 78.
Sunday: A few showers possible early, then mostly sunny and a little cooler. High 73.
Monday: Sunny and pleasant. High 74.
