The line of storms are just to the north of Michiana here at 5am and will move into the area around 7am. Heavy rain and frequent lightning are expected but it will NOT be severe. Showers and storms end by midday with cooler air moving in behind the cold front. Highs are in the mid 70s with humidity quickly decreasing this afternoon.
The weekend is mild with highs in the low to mid 70s. Skies are mostly sunny Saturday, becoming partly cloudy Sunday. There is a chance for a shower Sunday evening but most of the day does remain dry.
