MARSHALL COUNTY, Ind. -- The Lincoln Junior High student council in Plymouth handed out Valentine's Day cards at a nursing home today.
The students delivered handmade cards to the folks at Miller's Merry Manor reminding them that they are cherished members of the community.
Social connections help combat social isolation and loneliness by improving mental health for the elderly.
The students stuck around to play some bingo, helping the seniors mark their cards and make sure everyone's felt the love this Valentine's Day.
