Study: Beer glass shape affects how fast the flow goes

A new study by British researchers suggests the shape of a person's beer glass may affect how fast they drink it.

The research suggests people drink their brews faster out of curved glasses than straight ones.

The study also finds those who soak up their suds in curved glasses, drink them on average four minutes faster than the straight glasses.

Researchers believe the curved glasses make it harder to pace yourself. That's because it's more difficult to determine how much you've actually had.
