Study shows people more likely to lie when text messaging

Researchers say people may be much more likely to lie, when text messaging.

That’s according to a new study conducted by Wichita State University and the University of British Columbia.

Researchers say it's probably easier to fib in a text message than in person. The reason is because people don't feel as scrutinized.
