Sugarland returns to Indy

INDIANAPOLIS, Ind.-- Country music band Sugarland is back in Indianapolis tonight.

This time around they’re back for a free concert. It’s the bands’ first show in Indiana since the deadly stage collapse at the state fair.

Fans were already lining up outside Conseco Fieldhouse when the band's crew rolled into downtown Indy around 5 this morning. Sugarland fans, especially victims of the stage collapse tragedy say tonight's show will provide healing through music.

The band was getting ready to perform in early August when that stage collapsed. Everyone with tickets for the August show was invited free of charge.

Tonight's show will be the duo's last performance on the "Incredible Machine" tour.
