SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- It's Summer Restaurant Week in downtown South Bend.
It’s time to dine at a discounted rate. The city is featuring 11 locally-owned restaurants. They're offering multi-course meals for $25.
"I think tonight already, we've had close to 100 people come in. On a Monday, that's pretty crazy," said Laura McDonnell of LaSalle Grille.
Even better, you don't have to worry about punch cards or coupons. Just pick a restaurant off of the list and go enjoy your dinner.
Diners will be asked to "add an extra helping” for only $5. The helping will go to the ‘Food for Kids’ program.
