High pressure continues to dominate the Midwest and Great Lakes at the surface through the start of the week, maximizing sunshine and seasonable temperatures. A pop-up shower or two is possible on Tuesday, but no widespread rain is expected until later this week. Highs today and tomorrow hover right around 80F with partly cloudy to mostly sunny skies. Lows will feel brisk in the upper 50s the next two days as winds continue to flow from the northwest. We warm slightly on Wednesday into the low 80s as low pressure moves in from the west, bringing showers and thunderstorms into the area Thursday and Friday.
Today: Partly cloudy. High 79.
Tonight: Mostly clear. Low 58.
Tuesday: Mostly sunny. High 80.
Wednesday: Partly cloudy. High 83.
