Sunny and dry weather continues as the need for rain grows across the area. Temperatures and humidity rise towards the weekend with highs near 90. The best chance of much needed rain is Sunday and Monday with scattered showers and storms. This likely won’t erase our monthly deficit but it will help to keep crops and lawns healthy.

Tonight: Clear, low of 62.
Thursday: Mostly sunny, high of 86.
Friday: Sunny, high of 90.
Saturday: Partly cloudy, high of 88.
