Sunshine returns, rain holds-off until late Monday

The clouds break for a fair and mild weekend, temperatures rise, nearing 70 degrees by Sunday and Monday. The chance of rain Monday continues to tend later, into early Tuesday morning. The first full week of March will be seasonably mild, with highs in the 50s. There's another chance of rain by next weekend.
