Superhero Museum celebrates Iron Man Day

ELKHART, Ind. -- Iron Man made an appearance at more than just movie theaters Saturday.

The Hall of Heroes Super Hero Museum in Elkhart held a special display of rare Iron Man comics and toys.

Among them was the first edition of the Iron Man comic.

"Our museum is like a time machine, because we cover the whole 70-year history of superheroes, comics and animation. So, people will come here, they'll see comic books they remember and enjoy, whether they're 10 or 80," said Allen Stewart, curator of Superhero Museum.

The museum is the only one of its kind in the entire world.

On June 15th, they will be having a Superman themed event marking the 75th anniversary since the man of steel was first created.

You can reach the museum at 574-522-1187.
