Support for the Irish showing up all over the region

GRANGER, Ind. -- Support for Notre Dame and Coach Brian Kelly is showing up all over the region.

The owner of Fred's Transmission off of State Road 23 in Granger is using his outdoor sign to show his support for the team.

It now says "Long live Brian Kelly, Go Irish."

The owner said he thinks Coach Kelly has done heck of a job this season.

And he believes this year's team is a much different group than the last Irish football team that went undefeated.

"That was fun but back then, that was expected now its just over the top, it's so exciting you can't hardly wait until the next game," said Fred Aichele.

The owner went onto say that he believes Kelly brought respectability back to Notre Dame.
