Surveillance photos show suspects accused of installing credit card skimmer

ELKHART, Ind. -- The Elkhart Police Department has released surveillance photos of two people who are suspected of placing a credit/debit card skimmer in Elkhart.
Police say the suspects are a man and woman of Romanian descent.
They were driving a black Volkswagen Touareg with an Ohio license plate.
