US Marshals arrested Timothy Marcus Mayberry in South Carolina in connection to a murder in St. Joseph County on Wednesday.
St. Joseph County Metro Homicide investigators say Mayberry was getting off a bus.
Police issued a warrant for Mayberry’s arrest in October, after he became the primary suspect in the September 21st killing of 28-year-old Avery Brown at the now-closed Bleachers Bar in Mishawaka.
Mayberry will be extradited to Indiana to face charges.
