Suspect in four deaths arraigned in California

ALTURAS, Calif. — A member of  a California tribal group was arraigned Tuesday for the attack that left four people dead.



The 44-year-old was called before tribal council last week accused of embezzling money and was facing banishment.



At that hearing, police said the woman pulled out a gun and opened fire, killing four people.



Among the dead include her brother, niece, nephew and a tribal administrator.
