ALTURAS, Calif. — A member of a California tribal group was arraigned Tuesday for the attack that left four people dead.
The 44-year-old was called before tribal council last week accused of embezzling money and was facing banishment.
At that hearing, police said the woman pulled out a gun and opened fire, killing four people.
Among the dead include her brother, niece, nephew and a tribal administrator.
