Ashland, OH -- Accused serial killer Shawn Grate will be back in court in Ashland County Monday. A pre-trial hearing is set for 11 a.m.
Grate pleaded not guilty to the murders of two women, and the kidnapping and rape of another victim who managed to escape.
The bodies of Stacey Stanley and Elizabeth Griffith were found on Sept. 13, when an unidentified victim was able to call for help and was rescued. They were inside a home on Covert Court in Ashland.
After his arrest, Grate also allegedly told authorities about three additional murders.
Grate has not yet been charged in those cases. Grate admitted to the murders, saying he wanted to free himself of the burden.
