MARSHALL COUNTY, Ind. -- The Marshall County Sheriff's Department reports deputies responded to the 1300 block of Redwood Road around 7:28 a.m. on Aug. 9 for a 911 hangup call and suspicious vehicle report.

Authorities arrived on scene and located the suspicious vehicle.

The investigation determined the driver, 45-year-old Jeremy R. Haney, was intoxicated.

Haney was arrested and taken to the Marshall County Jail.

Haney is charged with Operating a Vehicle while Intoxicated w/ a BAC of 0.15% or more.

He was given a $1,500 bond.
