SUV strikes moped on Sample Street in South Bend

SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- According to South Bend police, there was an accident between an SUV and a moped on Sample Street.
The moped driver was taken to a nearby hospital.
The driver of the SUV said he went to make a right turn out of a shopping plaza and didn't see the moped.
