Swiss Vally open for season

JONES, Mich. -- The recent snow is a good news for one local business. Swiss Valley Ski and Snowboard area is finally open for the season.
After several days of snow-making and preparations, the ski resort in Jones, Michigan finally opened Sunday morning.
If you didn't make it out Sunday, the ski resort has special hours for those looking to ski into the new year.
Swiss valley is open New Year's Eve from 9 a.m.-5 p.m. and again from 7 p.m.-1 a.m.
