Cloudy, breezy Wednesday morning; improvements this afternoon
SOUTH BEND, Ind. – Taphouse on the Edge is opening its doors for the first time since the pandemic lockdown.
After being closed for several weeks, the sports bar is reopening for dine-in service at fifty percent capacity.
“We are expecting to be a little busy,” co-owner Jeff Morauski said. “We feel like people are a little anxious to get back in the restaurants so we’ve completely sanitized the restaurant, we’ve gone over the staff with extra training, extra precaution, lots of gloves and masks and just making sure we’ve doing the right things to keep the public safe.”
Chicory Cafe has the same owners and will also be opening their doors with similar precautions.
