Teacher accused of recording video in girl's locker room

An Illinois man is behind bars for allegedly recording video inside the girl's locker room at a high school.
Timothy Going was a teacher and coach at Fairview Community High School when he allegedly shot the video.
Officials charged him with unauthorized video recording of a minor and unlawful placing of a video device.
He's currently held in the Wayne County jail.
