Teen basketball player with one hand

LITTLE RIVER, Texas -- Overcoming obstacles is nothing new in sports but a 16-year-old basketball player is beating those odds with one hand.

At first glance, Taylor Dillard looks like any other player on her team but she was born with only one hand.

This 16-year-old grew up loving sports and wants to show what might be a disadvantage on the basketball court that's she is no different than anyone else.

"I just always try to think of ways I can adapt instead of doing a crossover I can make it look like," said Dillard.

Her coach even says she is such a good defender that he usually makes her guard the number one shooter on the opposing teams.
