Teen charged with attempted murder

ELKHART, Ind. -- An Elkhart teen has been arrested for the attempted murder of Latyris Mitchell who was shot June 6 outside a convenience store on Indiana Avenue.
Jacques J. Allen was arrested June 30 at approximately 9:30 p.m.
