Teen facing attempted kidnapping charges

Police in Michigan are investigating the attempted kidnapping of a 7-year-old boy.
An 18-year-old allegedly tried to kidnap a 7-year-old around 4 p.m. in Monroe Township Saturday.
A 14-year-old stepped in and prevented the kidnapping.
The 18-year-old suspect was arrested Sunday.
He was taken to the Monroe County Jail on attempted kidnapping charges.
His name has not been released yet.
