Teen reported missing has been located

A 16-year-old who was last seen around midnight on April 26 in South Bend has been located and is safe.
Caleb Graef, 16, was last seen in the area of Poppy Road and Old Cleveland Road.
He was located in Illinois Friday and will be reunited with his family soon.
