Teen urinates in water supply

PORTLAND -- The city of Portland was forced to dump millions of gallons of water because a 19-year-old man was caught peeing in the reservoir.

In a video, you can see a man urinating through the iron fence into the reservoir.

City water staff immediately took it off-line so it could be tested for possible contamination.

Police officers cited three men.

Water quality test results are expected back late Thursday.

This is not the first time it has happened there.
