It's a warm, cloudy, quiet day Thursday.
Temperatures are in the low 60s this morning. We'll warm into the low 80s by afternoon. There are a few peeks of sunshine.
Tonight's lows again fall near 60 degrees under mainly cloudy skies.
Clouds begin to clear for Friday, and the sunny skies last through Saturday. Highs are in the low 80s both days.
On Sunday, high temperatures dip a bit into the upper 70s. Clouds are back on Sunday. There is a slight chance for a few showers Sunday night.
Temperatures gradually cool back into the lower 70s through next week, while it remains relatively rain-free.

Friday: Mostly sunny. High 83.
Saturday: Sunny. High 80.
