Temporary housing approved for migrant workers

SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- On Friday afternoon, a emergency meeting was held about migrant workers living in temporary housing on W. Western Ave. in South Bend.
During the meeting, council members addresses concerns about health and safety at the building.
Residents are being allowed to stay through the summer.
There were some concerns about codes inside.
