MARSHALL COUNTY, Ind. -- On September 1 at approximately 3:24 a.m, during routine patrol, Marshall County Officers observed a vehicle disregard a stoplight, then turn around and head eastbound into the westbound lanes of US 30 near Pioneer Road. After officers were able to catch up to the vehicle, the driver continued driving even with the officers' emergency lights and siren activated.

The driver was taken into custody for reckless driving and resisting law enforcement with a vehicle. The driver was identified as Alfonso Macias, from Springhill, Tennessee.
