Terminally ill woman has change of heart

A 29-year-old terminally ill woman had plans to take her on life on Saturday by utilizing Oregon's Death with Dignity Law.

Brittany Maynard has changed her mind.

Her story went viral after she announced she planned to end her life November 1st once she finished her bucket list.

On Wednesday, Maynard released a new video saying she might have a change of heart.

“I still feel good enough, and I still have enough joy, and I still laugh and smile with my family and friends enough that it doesn't seem like the right time right now. But it will come, because I feel myself getting sicker. It's happening each week.”

Maynard is assessing her symptoms and seeing how they progress before she decides on her death date.

While she is still living, she wants to take her last few days to let her family and friends know how important they are to her and how much she loves them.
