Terrance Lee asking for bond

SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- A man accused of murdering his wife is asking for bond.
Terrance Lee was charged with murdering his wife, Trina Winston.
Murder charges do not allow bond so Lee has been sitting in jail.
But his attorney filed for a bond hearing that will be held Monday.
Lee's trial date has been changed to Nov. 13 after being granted a speedy trial.
